- Return Conditions
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including all accessories).
The returned product must be the original product you purchased, and we will not accept returns of products that have been used, damaged, or have lost their packaging.
If the return is due to product quality issues, please provide relevant photos or other supporting materials.
- Return Process
Submit a request: Please contact the customer service team via email (naitvecos@site.com) and provide the order information and the reason for the return. If applicable, please attach photos of the product or a description of the quality issue.
Waiting for review: We will review your request within 1-2 business days of receiving your return request and provide a return address and detailed return instructions.
Returning items: Please package the product properly and send it back via a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a trackable courier service as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
- Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be refunded to your original payment account.
- Return Shipping
If the return is due to product quality issues or we sent the wrong item, the return shipping fee will be borne by us.
If the return is due to other reasons (for example, you changed your mind), the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
- Situations where returns are not accepted
Promotional items or discounted items (unless there is a quality issue).
Items that have been used, damaged, or lack original packaging.
Return requests that are more than 30 days from the purchase date.
